DMCA Policy

Credit 2 Cash Mastery ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on a copyright owner's behalf, and you believe that any content hosted on our Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs).

  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the material.

Counter-Notification (Responding to a Takedown Notice)

If you believe that material you posted on our Services was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Credit 2 Cash Mastery may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy of it to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against you, we may, at our sole discretion, replace or restore the removed material after 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Credit 2 Cash Mastery provides financial education and credit-building resources. We do not offer legal, tax, or financial advice, nor do we sell a "get rich quick" program. Our trainings are designed to help individuals better understand personal credit, business credit, and funding strategies, but success is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your effort, financial history, and how you apply the information provided.

All content is protected by copyright. No part of this material may be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Funding involves risk, and results vary. Removing negative items from your credit report and securing funding requires following legal processes, and outcomes will depend on lender discretion and credit bureau decisions. We make no guarantees regarding specific amounts of funding or approvals.

Any testimonials or success stories shared represent individual experiences and may not reflect typical results. Most people who participate in educational programs do not achieve large funding amounts because success depends on consistent action and applying the methods taught.
